Sustainable Seafood: Clams

Aquarium visitors are encouraged to learn about these species and their habitats, then discover the culinary possibilities at local partner restaurants. Brown developed recipes specifically for Serve & Protect to tempt everyone with US wild-caught or farm-raised seafood.
